| My buddy Reggie owns two condos, this one and unit 5D, in this building and both have views of downtown Phoenix. It's a cool building with a pool, cabana with a pool table next to it, rec room and gym, all below at ground level. Valet parking is included in the monthly building maintenance fee too. I wish I owned one of these pads dammit. :( |
