Tim's Head Tim's McBiscuits!
August 21, 2005
I decided a cool use of the homemade buttermilk biscuits I made yesterday would be to make my own Sausage and Egg "McBiscuits".. Definitely good stuff, and a bunch cheaper than buying them from Ronald down the street.
Ingredients:

1 Homemade Buttermilk Biscuit
1 Large Egg
½ inch Sausage Pattie

Cost to Make (36¢ each):

8¢    Biscuit ($1.01 per dozen)
11¢    Eggs (from 69¢ ½ dozen)
34¢    Sausage (½ in of $1.67 16oz roll)

Basic Instructions:
  1. Cut and toast buttermilk biscuit (Biscuit Recipe Here).
  2. Cook the sausage in a frying pan, 5 minutes each side.
  3. Scramble the eggs.
  4. Put 'em together and eat!
And here's a picture of the McBiscuits! Woo?
